Return Window

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• A proof of purchase (order confirmation or email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders (e.g., UV-printed or laser-engraved cups) are not eligible for return unless the item itself has a manufacturing defect.

• Returns due to personal preference (e.g., material feel or color perception) may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Return Process

1. Contact us at selah@selahcup.com before returning any item. Please include your order number and the reason for return.

2. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

3. Do not send items back without prior confirmation — unapproved returns may not be processed.

⚠️ Important: Please do not send returns to the factory address printed on the packaging — that address cannot process returns.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

• Selah is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, or credit card).

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same model at no additional cost.

• For style exchanges (non-defective), please follow the return process and place a new order.
