Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Selah Cup. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us before sending anything back. For eligible returns, we’ll review your request and provide the next steps.

 

 

Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information.

 

 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide your order number and the email used at checkout.

• Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days after you receive our return instructions.

 

 

Returns sent without prior authorization, or outside the applicable return period, may not be accepted.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design:

• Custom or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

 

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

 

 

Please include:

• Your order number

• The email used at checkout

• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

 

 

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

For non-quality issues, such as a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

For verified quality issues, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Selah Cup will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping when a return is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

 

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified quality issue.

 

 

Cancellations

Non-custom orders: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

 

Custom orders: Custom orders may be canceled only before the final design proof has been approved and production has started. Once the final proof is approved or production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof.

 

 

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, please contact us with the original order number. Eligible gift returns may be refunded to the original purchaser or issued as store credit, at Selah Cup’s discretion.

 

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, original shipping charges and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from the refund.

 

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at selah@selahcup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
